The EBLIDA-NAPLE annual event combines the annual meetings of EBLIDA (European Bureau of Library Information and Documentation Associations) and NAPLE (National Authorities on Public Libraries in Europe) with a joint conference open to all.
 
Wednesday 5th May (full day): EBLIDA Executive Committee meeting
The meeting of the EBLIDA Executive Committee is open to members and invited guests only.

Thursday 6th May (morning): EBLIDA Expert Group meetings
EBLIDA's four Expert Groups will meet during the morning (time and location arranged with each group). Each meeting is open to members of the group and guests approved by the Chair of the group.

Thursday 6th May (afternoon): EBLIDA Council Meeting
The EBLIDA Council Meeting takes place from 14:00 - 18:00 (registration starts at 13:00). It is open to all EBLIDA members and invited guests. An agenda and papers are available on the web site linked from the menu bar. To access this site members can use the username and password sent to them.

Friday 7th May (full day): EBLIDA-NAPLE Annual Conference
Abolish Barriers - the role of libraries in an evolving Europe.
The one-day conference is organised by EBLIDA and NAPLE with the support of the Library of the Finnish Parliament, Helsinki City Libraries, the Finnish Library Association and the Ministry of Education.

Saturday 8th May (full day): Social event
A tour to Suomenlinna (see the conference agenda for more details and sign up through the registration form).
